...93 degrees and counting! This, to me, almost feels like fall after the last week our part of Kansas has been bombarded with! Heat indexes well into the hundred and teens--it has almost been unbearable. Then, of course, the car without air conditioning, 2 hours plus per day spent in that car, and our job consisting of caring for the elderly who shiver at 80 degrees has not really made it any better.
I am SO ready for Christmas time. I don't know why, but I have always looked forward to it--maybe even a little too much. I just love everything about it--the music, the lights, the traditions...it is my favorite. I am afraid that maybe I drive my hubby a little bit nuts with it: "Levi, can we watch A Christmas Story tonight?"
-"..sure"
C'mon, hasn't anybody heard of Christmas in July? I am the one in-season here.
This picture was taken last year when Levi and I went to see the TARC Christmas display--the first little tradition of our own. We went nuts with the pictures--but I will only show you a few.
This was the hardest picture to snap because my camera blurs VERY easily.
...to all, and to all a good night!
